| 基于ABC分类和货位优化的库存研究 ——以惠州市望江亭钓具为例
[摘要]本文根据惠州市望江亭钓具店的真实运营数据以及库存管理现状展开研究，发现望江亭钓具店存在畅销库存周转率低、库存呆滞和仓库储位安排不当等问题。库存成本在店铺运营成本中占据举足轻重的地位。仓库中商品的合理库存，能大大的提高资金周转能力，在产品的交付能力上有一定的提升，从而带动店铺高效的运转。本文结合ABC分类法，对店内商品进行分类、分析，再通过货位优化对存货进行合理的摆放。最后，通过对比优化前后的数据，证实本文的库存优化策略具有可行性，并依照研究结果提出切实有效的建议。

Abstract] Based on the actual operation data and inventory management status of Wangjiangting fishing tackle shop in Huizhou city,this paper finds that there are some problems in Wangjiangting fishing tackle shop, such as low turnover rate of best-selling stock, sluggish stock and improper storage arrangement. Inventory cost plays an important role in store operation cost.The reasonable stock of the goods in the warehouse can greatly improve the capital turnover ability, in the product delivery ability has certain promotion, thus drives the shop efficient operation. Combined with ABC classification,the article classifies and analyzes the goods in the store, and then puts the stock reasonably through the optimization of the position of goods. Finally, by comparing the data before and after the optimization,the feasibility of the inventory optimization strategy in this paper is verified, and some effective suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
