| A超市供应链融资问题研究
摘 要：随着社会经济正进行的逾越式开展，各行各业竞争日趋加重。市场上公司之间的竞争也逐渐转变为供应链上的竞争，在这种背景下，通过供应链中金融商品的创新和演变，提高中小企业的融资能力，减少融资成本已经成为供应链持久发展的必须要求。供应链金融的实施，为融资关系中的各方带来了优化，给中小企业融资困境带来了一定的解决方案，也为银行和各公司构建了稳定的合作关系。同时，我国的供应链融资处于发展的初期，在市场的实际应用中如何规避风险，保证融资的顺利运行还有研究和改善的空间。本文将重点分析研究供应链融资在中小企业融资过程中的应用现状，通过对供应链金融的理论学习研究，以及传统和新式融资模式的理论学习，分析供应链融资在A公司中的运作情况，发现问题，并提出相应的解决方案和建议，从而使A公司能够制度规范，融资顺畅，建立良好的上下游企业供应链关系，使企业获得更高的效益。

Abstract:With the development of social economy,the competition of all trades is becoming more and more serious.The competition among companies in the market has gradually turned into the competition in the supply chain.In this context,Through the innovation and evolution of financial commodities in supply chain,it is necessary to improve the financing ability of small and medium-sized enterprises and reduce financing cost.The implementation of supply chain finance has brought optimization to all parties in the financing relationship, brought some solutions to the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and built a stable cooperative relationship between banks and companies.At the same time, China’s supply chain financing in the early stage of development, in the actual application of the market how to avoid risk,to ensure the smooth operation of financing and research and improve the space.This paper will focus on the analysis of the application of supply chain financing in the financing process of smes,Through the theoretical study of supply chain finance,as well as the theoretical study of traditional and new financing models,analyze the operation of supply chain financing in Company A, find the problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions,so that a company can regulate the system, financing smooth, the establishment of a good upstream and downstream enterprise supply chain relationship, so that enterprises have higher benefits.
