果干类食品的市场调研

摘  要
 
果干类食品的行业在全国各地不断发展壮大,这使得果干类食品被我国广大消费者接受,其市场状况非常乐观,销售量呈逐年上升的趋势。本次针对国内果干类食品进行市场调研,包括国内外的研究现状,果干类食品的市场现状等。主要研究果干类食品的购买行为,消费者购买行为影响分析因素等多方面分析。本研究通过消费市场调查,发现年轻人是果干类的主要消费群体,而且购买果干类食品的消费者多数每周都会购买且大部分消费者没有购买规律,消费者对果干类食品的口感及营养相对比较看重,对消费者购买影响最大的因素是味道可口,品牌效应也不可忽视。

Market Investigation of Dried Fruit Food
 
Abstract
 
The industry of dried fruit food has been developing and expanding all over the country, which makes dried fruit food accepted by consumers in China. Its market situation is very optimistic, and its sales volume is increasing year by year.This time, the market research of dried fruit food in China was carried out,including the research status at home and abroad, the market status of dried fruit food and so on. This paper mainly studies the purchasing behavior of dried fruits and the influencing factors of consumers' purchasing behavior. Through the consumer market survey,this study found that young peopleare the main consumer groups of dried fruits, and most consumers who buy dried fruits buy every week, and most consumers have no buying rules. Consumers pay more attention to the taste and nutrition of dried fruits, and the most influential factor on consumers' purchase is the delicious taste, and the brand effect can not be ignored.
