| 自驾车营地发展现状及对策分析——黄山汽车营地为例
摘 要
随着自驾车旅游的蓬勃发展以及房车旅游的不断兴起，使得汽车营地发展形成巨大市场需求，在我国尚处初始阶段,营地数量较少，规模小，仅提供简单服务，满足不了自驾车旅游与房车旅游发展的需要，成为制约我国休闲旅游发展的重要瓶颈。自驾车营地在移动性信息供给、安全救援等方面还存在诸多不足，需要探索移动信息终端等渠道，加强服务性信息的供给，加快交通收费制度改革，开放更多公共空间，建立专业救援力量。自驾车旅游发展对汽车营地建设提出了要求，但目前数量明显不足，标准尚未确立，政策支持不足，亟需尽快编制全国性的汽车营地规划，制定营地建设、管理与服务方面的规范，并从国民生活质量的高度来给予营地建设以政策支持。要在我国汽车营地旅游发展的背景下，分析自驾车营地发展现状、特点以及存在的问题，并提出自驾车营地发展相应的对策。

Analysis of the development status and Countermeasures of selfdriving camp -- Huangshan automobile camp as an example
Abstract
With the vigorous development of self driving tourism and the rising of RVtourism, the development of automobile camp has formed a huge market demand. In our country, the number of camps is small, and only simple services are provided,which can not meet the needs of self driving tourism and RV tourism development,which has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of leisure tourism in China. There are still many shortcomings in the mobile information supply and safety rescue in the self driving camp. It is necessary to explore the channels such as mobile information terminal,strengthen the supply of service information,speed up the reform of traffic charge system, open more public space and establish professional rescue force. The development of self driving tourism has put forward requirements for the construction of automobile camp, but the number of them is obviously insufficient,the standards have not been established and the policy support is insufficient. It is urgent to prepare the national automobile camp plan as soon as possible,formulate the norms of camp construction, management and service,and give the camp construction policy support from the height of national quality of life. In the background of the development of automobile camp tourism in China,the paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of self driving camp development, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of self driving camp.
