This paper uses many domestic and foreign documents to explain the basic concepts and functions of corporate culture, as well as its composition and training methods. In the process, it explains the roles that employees play and what impact they can have on the corporate culture. And taking Alibaba as an example,it analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of its own corporate culture and how to make improvements under the impetus of employees. At present, the widespread importance of corporate culture has attracted attention, and many scholars have conducted research and discussion in this field. After reading many documents,most scholars believe that a good company must conform to its own corporate culture. Similarly, if the company’s culture is unpopular and unsuitable for itself, then it must be difficult for the company to continue operating. In addition, some scholars have convincingly proved through experiments and other methods that a good corporate culture can drive employee performance and emotions, thus proving the close relationship between employees and corporate culture. On this basis, this article will continue to deepen theclose connection between employees and corporate culture. After reviewing the literature,analyze how employees promote corporate cultural innovation.
