越南电商市场发展问题及对策研究

越南电商市场发展问题及对策研究



摘 要
 
电子商务正领跑“互联网+”时代。电子商务代表着21世纪社会的发展方向。在当前经济全球一体化的背景下,伴随着计算机和网络技术的普及与发展,全球电子商务迅速崛起,众多的信息技术企业、风险投资公司、生产流通企业纷纷开展电子商务。电子商务的广泛应用降低了企业经营、管理和商务活动的成本,促进了资金、技术、产品、服务和人员在全球范围的流动,推动了经济全球化的发展。目前,电子商务的应用已经成为决定企业国际竞争力的重要因素,美国亚马逊、Ebay以及中国的阿里巴巴等公司的成功说明电子商务正在引领世界服务业发展,并影响着未来商业发展模式。
 
电子商务作为越南经济发展的新兴的领域。近年来,越南电商市场规模不断扩大,其发展速度也在迅雷不及掩耳,电商市场增长率很高,被认为具有巨大的发展潜力。随着互联网的普及,越来越多的越南人将有机会访问和使用电子商务的服务。于此同时,越南自2015年以来GDP增长率保持在6%以上,人口规模不断扩大,城市率逐渐提高,这些因素保证了越南电子商务市场继续发展。
 
然而,越南电子商务毕竟处于发展的早期阶段,因此该行业会面临诸多挑战,货到付款普遍、客户信任缺乏的和物流基础设施薄弱等。因此,本文通过阐述越南电商发展现状,分析越南电商发展所面临的问题,最后针对越南电子商务当前状况给出合理化建议和对策研究,希望可以更好推动电子商务发展与繁荣。

Abstract
 
E-commerce is leading the "Internet +" era.E-commerce represents the direction of the development of the 21st century society.In the context of current economic global integration,with the popularity and development of computer and network technology, global e-commerce rises rapidly, numerous information technology companies, venture capital companies, and production circulation enterprises have carried out e-commerce. The wide use of e-commerce reduces the cost of business,management and business activities, promoting funds,technology, products, services and personnel's global flow, and promotes the development of economic globalization.At present, the use of e-commerce has become an important factor in determining international competitiveness of enterprises. The success of Amazon, EBAY,and Chinese Alibaba and other companies explains why e-commerce is leading the development of the world service industry and affects future business development models.
 
E-commerce is an emerging field of Vietnamese economic development.In recent years, the size of the Vietnam's e-commerce market has been expanding, and its development speed is also incredible,the growth rate of e-commerce market is high, and it is considered to have huge potential. With the popularity of the Internet,more and more Vietnamese will have the opportunity to access and use e-commerce services. At the same time, Vietnam has maintained more than 6% since 2015, and the population is raising.The urban rate has gradually improved,and these factors ensure that the Vietnamese e-commerce market continues to develop.
 
However, Vietnamese e-commerce is in the early stage of development,so the industry will face many challenges,payment after the receive of the product is still more popular, customer trust is weak and the logistics infrastructure is the same weak. Therefore, this paper analyzes the status quo of Vietnam e-commerce development,analyzing the problems faced by Vietnam E-commerce development,and finally gives reasonable recommendations and countermeasures for the current situation of Vietnam e-commerce, hoping to promote e-commerce development and prosperity.
