摘 要:
青少年是国家的栋梁,国家的支柱。青少年的身心健康已经不容我们轻视。体育舞蹈作为一项新的竞技项目,可以促进青少年的身体和精神健康。近年来,我国越来越重视青少年的健康,2014年,我国对于国民体质进行了检测,相关数据表示,目前我国人民的健康程度逐步上升,然而,总体来说依旧有大量问题,特别是青少年的健康。根据分析可以发现,青少年面临着严重的学业压力,因此他们的主观幸福感较低。根据分析可以发现,体育舞蹈对于提高性的人身体健康水平以及人体的代谢功能等各方面具有重要作用
