| 低碳经济背景下物流运输与配送发展对策研究 摘 要 近些年经济高速发展，化石能源的消耗速度大大提高， 同时排放的温室气体也加速了环境的恶化，个别地区还出现了严重的雾霾污染， 这对人们的生活质量和身心健康造成了很大的影响。 为响应政府出台的绿色经济发展、降低碳排放量的相关政策， 运输企业也做出了相应的调整。 我国的运输业主要以铁路和公路为主，这种运输方式也是碳排放的主要源头。 运输行业调整运输结构、进行节能减排探讨，有效实施节能减排措施已经刻不容缓。 本文主要在低碳经济的背景下研究物流运输与配送过程所存在的问题及相应的对策。 目的是在经济和科技高速发展的时代， 在追求经济发展的同时也要有效的控制碳排放量。 实现经济增长和环境保护相平衡的发展模式。 关键词：低碳经济 运输 配送 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the consumption of fossil energy has greatly increased. At the same time, the emission of greenhouse gases has accelerated the deterioration of the environment. Severe haze has also appeared in some areas, which has a great impact on people's quality of life and physical and mental health. In response to the government's green economic development and related policies to reduce carbon emissions, the transport industry has also made corresponding adjustments. China's transport owners mainly rely on railways and highways, which are also the main source of carbon emissions.In recent years, the rapid development of fresh electricity supplier, there are many problems in the development process. In the exploratory stage, the distribution service is not mature, the distribution costs tend to be high and low efficiency, levels are often difficult to guarantee. In this paper, the existing problems of distribution on fresh cold chain logistics have been analyzed, and then some appropriate strategies have been provided. It is urgent for the transport industry to adjust the transport structure, discuss energy saving and emission reduction, and effectively implement energy saving and emission reduction measures. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the process of logistics transportation and distribution under the background of low-carbon economy and the corresponding countermeasures. The aim is to effectively control carbon emissions while pursuing economic development in the era of rapid economic and technological development.
