| 我国基层公安民警职业倦怠问题研究 摘要：警察是非常特殊的群体， 除去要像普通人一样应对来自正常生活中的物质和精神上的压力外， 警察的工作中的负荷、强度以及风险也远高于一般的工作种类， 国家和人民群众对其执法办案的严格要求和监 督、执法中与罪犯打交道的紧张状态和高风险 下的心理刺激等等都影响着警察的身心状况。 公安民警是维护国家和社会稳定的重要力量， 其职业倦怠对警务工作的展开有着重要影响，也影响着民警的身心健康。 民警职业倦怠的主要因素是工作压力、社会环境、警察制度。 对民警职业倦怠的干预主要是加强民警的职业 保障、激发民警的职业荣誉感、科学使用警力。 关键词：公安民警； 职业倦怠； 对策 Research on the Job Burnout of the Police at the Basic Level Abstract:The police are a very special group.
