“90”后工商管理类专业大学生择业意向偏好分析——以湖北知行学院为例究

摘 要


随着21世纪经济水平的稳步发展和不同于传统企业的企业人才需求日新月异。相比较于其他专业门类,工商管理类专业的90后大学生在就业过程中有着更为突出的特点:综合能力过硬,专业性不强、与企业人才需求略为脱轨等特点。本文在文献研究的基础上,以湖北大学知行学院16-17届工商管理类大学生为主要调查对象,通过调查问卷、文献分析等方式,得出工商管理类大学生就业过程中出现的一些问题、背后的具体原因,并从不同角度提出相关建议和对策。

Analysis of job-choosing intention preference of post-90s business administration majors——Taking Hubei Zhixing University as an example

Abstract

With the steady development of the economic level in the 21st century and the demand for talents that are different from traditional enterprises, the demand for talents changes with each passing day. Compared with other majors, post-90s undergraduates majoring in business administrationhave more prominent characteristics in the employment process: excellent comprehensiveability, weak professionalism, and slightly derailed from the needs of corporate talents. Based on the literature research,this article takes the 16-17 business administration students of the Zhixing College of Hubei University as the main survey object. Through survey questionnaires and literature analysis,some problems and the backgrounds that appear in the employment process of the business administration students are obtained. Specific reasons,and put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures from different angles.
