摘要

资源型城市因丰富矿产资源而兴，但随着资源大量的开采利用不得不面临终将矿竭城衰的局面。如何促进资源型城市成功转型不仅是热门话题更是世界难题。学术界大多从宏观的国家、当地政府视角出发研究如何促进城市的转型并且相关内容已较为完善。本文立足微观视角--企业--企业社会责任，就山西省晋中市目前情况浅析资源型城市转型面临的问题及解决对策。

ABSTRACT

Resource-based cities thrive because of rich mineral resources,but with the exploitation and utilization of large amounts ofresources, they have to face the situation of exhaustion of mineral resources and decline. How to promote the successful transformation of resource-based cities is not only a hot topic but also a global problem. Most academic circles study how to promote urban transformation from the macro perspective of the state and local government, and the relevant content has been relatively complete. Based on the micro perspective -- enterprise -- corporate social responsibility, this paper analyzes the current situation of Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province, resource-based city transformation facing problems and solutions.
