国有企业员工培训需求分析的对策研究---以云南电网公司为例

摘要

随着市场经济的快速发展和行业竞争的日益激烈,企业管理者越来越重视员工培训工作,使得员工接受培训的机会大大增加。然而,很多企业管理者发现他们提供给员工的各种形式的培训不但没有收到预期的效果,甚至还给企业带来一些负面影响,经过调查研究,发现存在这种情况的主要原因是企业在实施培训前没有做好员工的培训需求分析。企业应充分重视培训需求分析,通过科学的培训需求分析来提高培训的效果。

培训需求分析是培训系统中最为主要的一个环节,对于企业组织来说,培训需求分析是用来确定培训的目标、设计培训规划、进行培训评估的重要条件,还是企业培训内容的主要所在;是保证培训具备针对性与实效性的重要条件,也是企业使用科学的方式搞明白哪些人最需要培训、培训的原因所在、什么问题需要培训,并进行深入的探索和研究,致使企业培训的开展变得顺利了起来。

在本文中我所写到对于国有企业培训需求分析的问题及对策,阐明了国有企业培训需求分析的基本现状,解析了开展培训需求分析是巩固培训质量和成效的有效手段以及改进国有企业培训需求分析的对策。本文主旨是分析了国有企业的培训需求分析的现有情况,从而去促进了企业培训的开展。

Abstract

With the rapid development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, enterprise managers pay more and more attention to employee training, which greatly increases the opportunities for employees to receive training. However, many enterprise managers found that the various forms of training they provided to employees not only did not receive the expected effect, but also brought some negative effects to the enterprise. After investigation and research,it was found that the main reasonfor this situation was that the enterprise did not do a good job in the analysis of employees' training needs before the implementation of training. Enterprises should attach great importance to training demand analysis and improve the training effect through scientific training demand analysis.

Training demand analysis is the most important link in the training system.For enterprise organizations,training demand analysis is an important condition for determining training objectives, designing training plans, and conducting training evaluation, or the main content of enterprise training. It is an important condition for ensuring the pertinence and effectiveness of training,and it is also an important way for enterprises to use scientific methods to figure outwhich way to go Some people need training most, the reasons for training,what problems need training, and carry out in-depth exploration and research, resulting in the smooth development of enterprise training.

In this paper, I write about the problems and Countermeasures of training demand analysis of state-owned enterprises,clarify the basic status of training demand analysis of state-ownedenterprises, and analyze that training demand analysis is an effective means to consolidate the quality and effectiveness of training, as well as the countermeasures to improve the training demand analysis of state-owned enterprises. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of training demand analysis of state-owned enterprises, so as to promote the development of enterprise training.
