摘要


当今世界已进入新的经济时代,人力资源已成为企业生存和发展的重要战略资源。 作为本世纪最有前途的新兴产业之一,软件产业在新的经济时代面临机遇与挑战。 为了提高软件公司的经济利益并增强其核心竞争力,人力资源管理必须提上日程。 在这种背景下,如何建立科学合理的软件公司人力资源管理机制, 研究软件公司人力资源管理中存在的主要问题, 探索解决人力资源管理的有效措施已成为人们普遍关注的问题。 软件公司的人力资源管理人员。 研究课题。 本文根据软件公司人力资源管理的发展现状,以及我在软件公司的实际经验, 在分析人力资源管理基本理论的基础上,分析了软件行业的人力资源和管理状况。 以DF公司为例。 对DF公司的人力资源管理现状以及公司在人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了深入分析, 并对这些问题的原因进行了深入分析,最后提出了DF公司人力资源管理的改进计划。

Abstract

Nowadays, the world has entered a new economic era, and human resources have become an important strategic resource for the survival and development of enterprises. As one of the most promising emerging industries in this century, software industry faces opportunities and challenges in the new economic era. In order to improve the economic interests of software companies and enhance their core competitiveness, human resource management must be put on the agenda. In this context, how to establish a scientific and reasonable human resource management mechanism of software companies, study the main problems existing in the human resource management of software companies, and explore effective measures to solve the human resource management has become a problem of general concern. Based on the development status of human resource management in software companies and my practical experience in software companies, this paper analyzes the human resource and management status of software industry on the basis of analyzing the basic theory of human resource management.
