茅台集团基层员工激励问题研究


摘 要

随着社会的不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,一个企业想要向前发展就必须留住人才。企业要想留住人才就必须对员工进行激励。激励是管理中的一项重要手段,合理的激励不仅能吸引优秀的人才还可以使企业的成本最小化。在企业中基层员工不仅是公司发展的基础也是保障公司机器正常运转的零件,因此对基层员工进行激励就显得尤为重要。

本文以茅台集团为研究对象,结合一般激励理论,综合运用文献研究和问卷调查法对企业基层员工进行研究。首先从调查问卷中分析出茅台集团存在的激励问题,然后深究问题存在的原因。以期得出企业基层员工激励的有效方法,以便使企业的激励手段更具科学性。

Abstract

With the continuous development of the society,the market competitiveness is becoming more and more fierce, an enterprise must retain talents. If enterprises want to retain talents, they must motivate employees.Incentive is an important means of management.Resonable incentive can not only attract excellenttalents but aslo minimize the cost of an enterprise. In an enterprise, grass-roots employees are not only the foundation of the company’s development but also the parts to ensure the bormal operation of the company’s machinery. Therefore, it is partucularly important tomotivate grass-roots employees.

This paper takes Maotai Group as the research object,combines the general incentive theory,and comprehensively uses the literature research and questionnaire survey method to study the grass-roots employees in the enterprise. Firstly, it analyzes the incentiive problems existing in Maotai Group from the questionnaire, and then probes into the reasons for the problems. In order to obtain the enterprise grass-roots staff incentive effective methods, in order to make the enterprise incentive means more scientific.
