摘要


随着银行业务更新速度的加快和客户金融需求的日益增长,各大银行的人力资源管理已提上银行管理的重要日程。人力资源管理上的不足对其发展造成的阻碍。员工培训远远滞后于业务发展、人员素质相对落后、人才流失问题严重等情况都是各大银行不容回避的现实问题。因此,如何组织好员工培训、进一步提升员工综合素质,已成为国有各大银行亟待解决的问题。

加强员工培训是增强企业凝聚力,提高核心竞争力的重要手段,也是应对市场竞争的必要举措。近年来,随着现代各大银行不断发展,员工队伍数量、年龄层次、学历分布、整体素质结构等方面均发生较大变化,原有培训体系、培训模式及培训组织方式均存在一定问题。下面以农发行江西分行为例,对农发银行培训工作现存问题进行分析,并提出相关建议和措施。

Abstract

With the rapid development of banking business and the growing financial demand of customers,the human resource management of major banks has been put on the important agenda of bank management. The lack of human resource management hinders its development.Staff training lags far behind business development,personnel quality is relatively backward, and brain drain is a serious problem that major banks can not avoid. Therefore, how to organize staff training and further improve the comprehensive quality of staff has become an urgent problem to be solved by major state-owned banks.

Strengthening staff training is an important means to enhance enterprise cohesion and core competitiveness, and also a necessary measure to deal with market competition. In recent years, with the continuous development of modern banks,great changes have taken place in the number of staff, age level,educational background distribution, overall quality structure, etc. there are some problems in the original training system, training mode and training organization.Taking Jiangxi branch of Agricultural Development Bank as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training work of Agricultural Development Bank, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures.
