浅析网络招聘对高校毕业生的影响——以广西外国语学院为例

摘要:
随着互联技术的迅速发展,网络招聘开始受到企业和毕业生的青睐,传统的通过人才市场、招聘会等投递简历和进行面试的方式被进一步拓展,高校毕业生通过网络招聘的形式与更多的企业进行交流,但在提升了求职的效率的同时也反映了网络招聘所存在的问题。基于此,本研究主要关注网络招聘对高校毕业生的影响这一问题,通过网络招聘对高校毕业生的影响情况进行相关调查和分析,全面了解网络招聘存在的问题,探析网络招聘的特点及其影响因素,并有针对性地对目前网络招聘的不足提出一些对策和建议。

Analysis on the Influence of Online Recruitment on College Graduates——Take Guangxi University of Foreign Languages as an example

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology,online recruitment began to be favored by enterprises and graduates. The traditional way of sending resumes and conducting interviewsthrough the talent market and job fairs has been further expanded. College graduates communicate with more enterprises in the form of online recruitment, but it not only improves the efficiency of job hunting, but also reflects the problems of online recruitment Questions. Based on this, this study mainly focuses on the impact of online recruitment on college graduates.Through the relevant investigation and analysis of the impact of online recruitment on college graduates, we can comprehensively understand the problems existing in online recruitment,analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of online recruitment,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the shortcomings of current online recruitment.
