摘 要

近年来，老龄化问题愈发受到人们的关注。我国是世界上老龄化程度最严重的国家之一。十四五时期是我国完成全面建成小康社会，完成第一个百年奋斗目标，进而全面开启社会主义现代化国家的时期。这一时期是我国进入新发展阶段，实现高质量发展的时期，同时也是积极应对人口老龄化的重要战略时期。贵州作为一个经济水平较不发达的地区，人口老年化问题也日益严峻，因此要贯彻落实习近平总书记“及时应对人口老龄化的要求”把握新时期面临的新形势，寻找各种战略对策，积极开拓人口老龄化对贵州发展的新格局，新局面。

本研究将采用问卷调查法和访谈法对贵州省的老年人群体进行信息的调查，对所有的动机因子进行分析研究，从不同的方面总结老年人出游的动机，探究影响贵州老年人旅游的影响因素。为了老年旅游市场能够获得健康高质量的发展，在对贵州省的老年人群体旅游动机及影响因素分析的基础上，从旅游主体、旅行社和政府三个角度探讨了老年旅游市场的开发，提出了一些相应的建议和对策。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the aging problem.China is one of the most aging countries in the world.The period of the fourteenth five year plan is a period in which China has completedthe building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,completed the first Centennial goal, and then opened up a socialist modern country in an all-round way. This period is not only a period when China has entered a new stageof development and achieved high-quality development,but also an important strategic period to actively respond to the aging population. As an economically underdeveloped region,the problem of aging population is becoming increasingly serious. Therefore, we should implement the general secretary Xi Jinping's "timely response to the aging of the population",grasp the new situation facing the newera, seek various strategic countermeasures, and actively explore the new pattern and new situation of population aging to the development of Guizhou.

This study will use questionnaire survey and interview method to investigatethe information of the elderly group in Guizhou Province,analyze all the motivation factors,summarize the motivation of the elderly travel from different aspects, and explore the influencing factors of the elderly travel in Guizhou. In order to achieve healthy and high-quality development of the elderly tourism market, based on the analysis of the tourism motivation and influencing factors ofthe elderly group in Guizhou Province,this paper probes into the development of the elderly tourism market from the perspectives of tourism subject, travel agency and government, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures.
