| 贵阳市国有企业发展现状问题及对策研究 摘要：作为我国国民经济的支柱，国有企业在推动我国经济不断向前发展、社会进步等方面发挥着非常重要的作用。作为市场经济的一部分，国有企业也必须意识到自身可持续发展的重要性，不断自我创新发展，以期在国际市场中占据一席之地。下面，本文就针对贵阳市国有企业发展现状，即总量规模不断增加、国民经济贡献突出、就业质量平稳增长、国家支持力度加大，提出一系列发展问题，并针对这些问题提出相应对策。 关键词：国有企业；发展现状；研究对策 lar of China's national economy, state-owned enterprises play a very important role in promoting the continuous development of China's economy and social progress. As a part of the market economy, state-owned enterprises must also be aware of the importance of their own sustainable development, continuous self-innovation and development, in order to occupy a place in the international market. In the following, this paper puts forward a series of development problems according to the development status of state-owned enterprises in Guiyang, namely, the continuous increase of total scale, outstanding contribution to the national economy, steady growth of employment quality, and increased state support, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these problems.
