珠海市C公司网络招聘问题的解决方案

摘 要


随着大数据时代的到来,网络招聘成为了企业招聘的主要手段之一。自从疫情爆发后的复工,网络招聘成为招聘方式的主流。网络招聘依附于互联网和大数据分析,因此企业需要不断的进修自身对数字化招聘的理解和对大数据分析的能力,才能够在海量数据中,找到最合适的人才。

本文主要研究对象是珠海中小型国有企业——C公司,笔者首先介绍了C公司的基本信息和招聘现状,浅析了运用网络招聘对于C公司的积极意义,提出C公司目前遇到的关于网络招聘的问题和主要原因,从而提出合理建议解决问题。选取其中普遍案例进行分析,提供其他相似类型企业借鉴。

Abstract

With the advent of the era of information,Online recruitment has become one of the main means of enterprise recruitment.Since the outbreak of 2019-nCoV, Online recruitment has become the mainstream of recruitment.Online recruitment is attached to the Internet and big data analysis,Therefore,enterprises need to continuously improve their understanding of digital recruitment and their ability to analyze big data in order to be able to find the most suitable talent in the massive data.

The main research object of this paper is C Company,a small and medium-sized state-owned enterprise in Zhuhai.Firstly, the author introduces the basic information and recruitment status of C Company.Secondly,this paper analyzes the positive significance of using network recruitment for C Company.Thirdly,Put forward the problems and the main reasons of C Company's current online recruitment to put forward reasonable suggestions for solve the problem.Select one of the common cases for analysis to provide other similar types of enterprises for reference.
