摘要:近年来,国内社会组织呈现蓬勃发展的态势,其发展的内部环境和外部环境也越来越成熟,在发展的过程中,也会遇到各种各样的问题。
 
通过对杭州13家社会组织的调研和访谈,基于调研的实际结果,优秀案例分析,通过对利益相关者理论、扎根理论的学习与应用,本文从社会组织内部决策的角度分析社会组织应该如何做好内部管理,并提出了相关建议,建议结合了优秀社会组织的成功经验和不足之处,具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。
